• We guarantee check-in from 15.00 hrs.  Usually our apartments are ready earlier. We then inform our guests by WhatsApp or text message. 
• Guests who have already left their details in advance via a quick check-in table can move straight into their apartment on arrival.
• Check-out until 10.00 am

The local tax is € 2,10 per person (from 14 years) and night and will be charged separately.

We charge for dogs:

€ 5.00 per animal/night for dogs under 10 kg
€ 10.00 per animal/night for dogs over 10 kg

Your booking becomes binding with a deposit of 30% of the total price 1 month prior to arrival.

• In case of cancellation from 1 month before arrival, we charge 30% of the total amount.
• In case of late arrival, no show or early departure we charge 100 % of the booked arrangement.

We charge for additional linen and cleaning services:

• € 8.00 for hand and shower towel change/person
• € 10.00 for bed linen change/person
• € 40.00 for cleaning the flat during the stay
