The wide green right outside the door
Being outside without having to move. Stretch out on all fours with the sun on your face. Children explore pure nature and play hide and seek on naturally fenced terrain. The large beech tree in the middle provides shade and watches those seeking peace and quiet relax. Enjoy our beautiful 1500 m² garden paradise: to soak up the sun, to play, to be happy
We think green and offer green
Do you love naturalness? We do too. We have deliberately not equipped the spacious garden in front of our residence with play equipment, flower beds and plants. We have only arranged a sandpit for our little guests, everything else is provided by nature:
Trees, stones, earth, molehills, beetles and butterflies. Our flower meadow grows in wild beauty, requiring no maintenance apart from a mowing in between. Open the apartment door and step into the greenery where you can relax and unwind.

The Rabland biotope - our green recreational area not far from the train station and directly on the Via Claudia Augusta Adige cycle path - is always worth a visit.
The picturesque pond with rest area is a habitat for numerous animal and plant species. Among others, mallards, coots, dippers, grey wagtails, grey herons, dragonflies and fish frolic in the lake.
